Pond Programs

Ice time requests are submitted using T3ProShop.

Review our current Ice Schedule for available times to request, then click "Ice Request" image (to the right) when ready. This instruction page will stay open for you to refer back to while placing the order.

Follow these steps:

1. Enter the Date & Time of the Ice Request, and then click "Add to Cart".

2. If requesting multiple ice times, (2.1) Click on "Ice Request" in shopping cart, and repeat #1 above, (2.2) otherwise click "Checkout" when finished entering requests.

3. Login to your account, or create an account if new customer on T3ProShop.

4. You can use "Personal Check" as payment method to queue the order for verification.

5. Invoice represents the Ice agreement, accepting Terms includes Waiver Statement.

6. Someone will contact you to confirm the requested Ice dates & times are available. If the dates & times are not available, and a substitute cannot be made, the appropriate ice requests are cancelled and if payment was made, a refund will be issued.

NOTE: Once confirmed, all sales are final. Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance or no-shows will result in forfeiting fees paid (at the discretion of The Pond). If you have questions, please contact us to discuss.
